Paid but never got a confirmation email? Charged twice? Wondering about a refund? Include the email address you used at checkout and we’ll track the payment down. If we can’t approve a nomination, we refund the payment in full.
Spotted a typo in a story you submitted, or want to update a hero’s page? Tell us the hero’s name and what should change — corrections are quick.
Every hero page has a “Report” link for anything that breaks our guidelines. And if you — or someone in your family — are honored on the map and would like the page changed or taken down, email us. That includes heroes added by our own team. Removal requests from the honoree or their family get priority, no questions asked.
